My Life by Lionel Graves. (Page 39)
The
Old Vigorian Club
104th
Reunion
Saturday
26th September 2007.
As
an old boy of the Kings School, Worcester 1937-44, I attended the reunion which
included an informal lunch and tour of school, followed by a formal dinner in
College Hall.
Not
a great attender of reunions, it was only my second over the last thirty odd
years.
Was
surprised at the dinner to be told I had won a special award, it was for being
the oldest Old Vigorian present!
The award consisted of being able to sign an annual memorial book with
Headmaster, the Joint Heads of School and the President of the Old Vigorian
Club, and have a photograph with me holding the book. I had the pleasure of informing the Head
that this was the only prize I had ever won at school! My cup filled to overflowing .

lunch: Self – Unknown O.V might have been Smith, had been in same house,
Castle in my last year.
You could tell the old
pupils, they are the ones whose jackets wouldn't button.
